Kids love music. Just ask any grown-up shouting at them to turn down the volume. The Muzak Heart & Soul Foundation amplifies that passion by redefining music education in a way that makes it fun and relevant. The Foundation’s newest way to achieve this is through Mini-Noise!, a one-day music business workshop for high school students to be held on Saturday, April 21, 2007. Mini-Noise! is an extension of Noise!, the annual two-week summer camp held in Los Angeles, CA which aims to give students a first-hand look into the music industry — and receive a unique education that helps them decide which direction they want to pursue as they continue throughout their educational and professional lives. Mini-Noise! offers teens the opportunity to hear from music professionals in the Seattle area and experience a small part of Noise!
